1. How can I pay for my order?

2. When can I get my order?

Sometimes there can be slight delays due to huge demands, holidays or slow customs processing, but your order will always be delivered, within one week.
3. How to solve the problem that I can not enter your website?
We are sorry for this inconvenience. If this situation occurs, please contact with our website worker by email . We will our website and it works well now. Maybe your network went busy or our server was updating at that time, please try again later.
4. What if my package arrived damaged, and I need to make a return?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all the items we sell. Please consult our return policy for details on how to easily return your product(s).
5. What should I do if I still don't receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
You will have to notify us and we'll investigate the situation for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you have paid us, and we ensure that you will receive your order by any means.

10. What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are 100% not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week from the day the items are delivered to you. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
If returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
